Return Policy:

Opened or used items are not eligible for return. 

RETURN ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Previously paid shipping rates will not be refunded or paid by Mumi Organics. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refund.

Processing & Shipping:

All order are processed within 5-7 days of ordering. Shipping time is typically 3-7 business days however there may be delays during peak seasons. Tracking number will be sent via email when items are shipped.

The privacy and security of your personal information is priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information will never be shared or disclosed.

Coupons & Promos:

Coupons and promos must be added at check out and WILL NOT be added after order is processed.

Damaged Packages:

If products or packages are damaged please send photos and details to contactmumiorganics@gmail.com within 5 DAYS of delivery. 

Stolen Items:

If package is stolen or destroyed, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
